Bursary for 1st year medical students
The Directors of Cumbria Medical Services, Dr Martin White and Dr Fayyaz Chaudhri, are keen to support Cumbrian teenagers in their first year at medical school and are offering up to 5 successful applicants a £2,000 bursary for students who wish to pursue a career in medicine. This will be paid in three instalments throughout the academic year and is aimed at students whose family income is below £50,000.
