The courtesy and care I received from everyone concerned and the efficiency of the organisation could not have been better. Initially Dr White gave me clear of my condition, choices, possible outcomes etc which I much appreciated. I also found the explanations during the operation procedure a great help. The whole experience was very positive and I would like to thank everyone involved.
More generally my past contact with the NHS has only ever once included a slightly negative experience. The NHS is great and the staff wonderful. The only NHS problem I see is the current government sniping, undermining and sabotaging with its ideological driven prioritising of parts of the NHS and too great a burden of bureaucracy and administration.

Doctors and staff who treated me were excellent. Also more pleased that I did not have to travel far from home. This would have caused me more distress. Doctors were fantastic, Dr White and Dr Chaudhri. Please do not move this service, it will be a great disadvantage to many people especially elderly who have no transport. Once again thank you.
