With the presence of the omicron variant and potential higher infection rates we are now asking screening questions to patients when they arrive at clinic:

Do you have any of the following symptoms:

  • high temperature or fever?
  • new, continuous cough?
  • a loss or alteration to taste or smell?

If you answer yes to any of these questions we will be unable to see you in clinic and your appointment will need to be rearranged.

If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason please let us know by calling the office on 01900 233170. Please leave a message on our answer machine if no one is available to take your call.
