Finance & Performance Manager
Megan is our finance and performance manager. She analyses our data and performance levels reporting to the relevant ICB. She manages our accounts and finances working closely with the Practice Manager and Directors. Megan also manages a small team and monitors our overall performance to ensure we are fulfilling our contractual obligations.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her young family.
